About Me

Backend-first, comfortable across the stack

I'm a Software Developer Intern at Infosys, working on a healthcare client's API layer in Java 11 after four months of training that produced NeoBank360, a full-stack banking app. My core is Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and MySQL, with Angular and React for the frontend.

Outside my day-to-day work I've been building DocMind, a retrieval-augmented generation platform for document Q&A, and picking up Spring AI and pgvector along the way.

Delivering REST APIs (Java 11) for a healthcare client — 25+ shipped so far, cutting one endpoint's response time from 2.1s to under 500ms, on a feature reaching 20,000 users.

Sub-second natural-language Q&A over enterprise documents: pgvector HNSW retrieval over OpenAI embeddings, Tika ingestion for PDF/DOCX, and SSE token streaming.

  • 1536-dim OpenAI embeddings with 700-char recursive chunking and top-5 semantic retrieval
  • Multi-format ingestion via Apache Tika, supporting streaming payloads up to 25MB
  • Stateless JWT auth with Spring Security RBAC; conversation state persisted via JPA
